Are fruits included in your CSA?

We will be growing strawberries and melons! This is a nice combo, since strawberries will produce during spring and early summer and melons come on strong during the hot weather of high summer. Since most other fruits grow on vines or trees that take years to bear fruit and we currently farm on land we don't own, we aren't growing things like apples or blueberries. But we are excited to grow what we can, and happy to suggest other farms as sources for your fruit needs.

And anyway, as middle schoolers love to remind us – things we call vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and pumpkins are actually fruit! :)
